Marshmellow Squares

Base:
1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
Blend together, then pat into square pan and bake @ 350* for 15 mins or until brown.

Soak 2 envelopes Know gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water.

Then put 2 cups sugar and 1/2 cup cold water in saucepan along with gelatin mixture - bring to a boil.

Let cool. Beat at high speed for 2 or 3 mins or until thick. Pour over base. Let chill, cut in squares and roll in coconut.
