Base:
Soak 2 envelopes Know gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water. Then put 2 cups sugar and 1/2 cup cold water in saucepan along with gelatin mixture - bring to a boil. Let cool. Beat at high speed for 2 or 3 mins or until thick. Pour over base. Let chill, cut in squares and roll in coconut. Enjoy! |
