Downey's ITF Taekwon-Do Centers
The official site of Downey's Taekwon-Do Centers located in St. John's, Newfoundland. The instructors are Mr. Soctt Downey (6th Degree Black Belt) and his wife Mrs. Cathy Downey (3rd Degree Black Belt). Both are Newfoundlands only Taekwon-Do World Champions ( USA, 1997).
