Crab pate

1 can tomato soup
1 250g cream cheese

Melt soup and cr. cheese together, bring to a boil, gently.
Add 1 1/2 pkgs gelatin dissolved in 1/2 cup warm water, stir through.

Then stir in:
1-2 cans crabmeat (well drained)
1/2 cup onion (finely chopped)
1/2 cup celery (finely chopped)
1 cup mayo

let set in lightly greased containers (sized for entertaining).

This makes quite a bit, and is really good served with just about any type of crackers.

This may also be frozen, but the consistancy is not as good once it has been.
