Pineapple
Angel Food Cake
1 angel food cake mix
1-19oz unsweetened crushed pineapple, with juice
Place cake mix in large bowel. Add crushed pineapple . Mix well
Pour into 9inch tube pan. Bake at 325* for 50 minutes. Remove from oven
& turn upside down on a large rack or plate. I put the pan over a
glass Ketchup bottle untill cooled. Remove from pan when cooled count
as 1 starch and 1/2 fruit. 12 servings. May served with Low fat Cool Whip
.
Variatio: Use muffin tins for cupcakes. Bake 20-22 minutes at 350* >
Makes 24 cup cakes.
This
recipe freezes very well . Wrap in scran wrap and put in freezer bags.
Take out 1 peice at a time or as needed
